Another way to scroll dow and up was for me to use Winscroll, a japan utility hard to find now.

VIRTUAL DESKTOP

Another nice tools is Virtual Desktop (from Japan too). Ypou can have 2 to 10 desktop with the ability to move windows from one to others. I use just 2 Desktop (upper and lower). By this way all buttons from any windows become “clickable”. In this way too, you can easily share many floating windows frome one soft. Just drag a floating windows on another Desktop. A click on the mini dock help to navigate from one to another (or Shortkeys). Don’t be afraid the app is in japanese at the launch, but in the options choose “Use English”.
