Don't forget that this benchmark is just for raw CPU speed. There are many factors affecting real-world PC speed like memory, hard drive speed, etc.

Why arent the AMD GOODE LX800's listed. Something against competition? :P

thanks jk.
I find the OQO 02 speed acceptable most of the time. Start up and shutdown is fine.

I'm interested that the U1010 start up time is reported to be slower than the OQO (which doesn't make sense according to these benchmarks).

Hugo Ortega also said the U1010 is slower than his OQO 02 I think in his recent video. Perhaps there is something poor about the U1010 hardware build or software set up.

Some mathematics calculations:

Pentium M 1000mhz 609 nods
Celeron M 1000mhz 644 nods
A110 1000mhz 644 nods
VIA 1000mhz 288 nods
VIA 2236mhz 644 nods

this means:
01 A110 is exactly this same cpu like Celeron M but uses less battery
02 VIA cpu is ultra poor - My old PIII 500mhz is faster then VIA 1Ghz.
03 Pentium M 1Ghz vs VIA 1Ghz: Pentium is much faster, but when we underclocked to 500mhz is still faster then VIA 1Ghz and better in battery usage. Why producents uses VIA? Really i don't know.

sorry for my poor english

ya, the OQO uses the 1.5ghz. so if they are clock per clock equals then the OQO's score would roughly be 71%

which is quite far from the A110's 85%

one thing, that was the old VIA. I united like to see the score for the new C7M used in the OQO.
