Tripit for iPhone Released: Plan Your Trip and Share It
We’ve covered Tripit before, and the service has grown dramatically since its appearance a couple of years ago. Tripit makes it a breeze to plan trips and keep informed of changes such as flight delays.
We’ve just heard from the folks at Tripit that they have just released a version for the iPhone that is available now at the App Store. The app is optimized for the iPhone interface, and it caches the trip information on the phone, meaning you can access your trip info all the time, even when you’re offline. You can access your important trip data even if the iPhone is in airplane mode. All access, all the time. It’s great to see the Tripit folks continuing to improve their offering with this app.
The app is free, the best kind.

I’ve got at least four trips planned between now and September. Possibly up to 6. A mix of business and pleasure. I skimmed over this the first time, but now I’m going to give it a try. It’s seems like a big step up from my Yahoo Mail ‘travel’ folder. :)
