Yes this doesn’t work for the 1610, although I can say that I’ve never had my screen not turn on like that.

On the 1610 under HID there is “FCL Serial Pen Tablet”, with no power settings in it.

I saw this fix on Rodfather’s blog a month or so ago and it actually makes the U810 touch screen 100% better and more functional. It is amazing what this simple check box can do for making the touch screen on this small UMPC much more functional. I am working on a review/thoughts of my Fujitsu U810 and was going to put this exact same fix in that as well.

YEs Steve, it has to be a device that power management can control like USB. Touch screens should not allow this to happen by default, shame on MS.

To be clear, because this is a USB issue, this does not work for the l610, right? I don’t see a power management tab on the properties of my HID Tablet page.
