Oops, Too many tabs is for Windows Chrome not Apple computers. I spent 10 minutes trying to install it on my MacBook Pro before I realized the screen clip was using Windows. This should be clearer on the Visibo website

Your disclosure is technically wrong: Automattic makes WordPress.com, not WordPress(.org).

As for your posts being lost -- that sucks! Did you check the drafts on the blog? WP auto-saves pretty frequently to the server, so even if your entire computer crashes the post should be saved to the server.

James IE8 has improved a bit over the years. I use it along the other browsers.Give it A try with the Lenovo tablet. you will be surprised how well you get around using the browser in tablet mode.
