I don’t know if it’ is spyware, but there home page says disable all root security? Read it? It’s incredible, I tried temporarily to do it, offline and it was the worst. You have a Mac, if you are reading this, so you know why you left Windows, right, all of the nagging screens constantly harassing you no matter what you did, well, this describes Syncmate to a tee. It want’s you to reboot to uninstall. I couldn’t even get AppZapp to get rid of all of the components of this app, even after I uninstalled it, I still suspect there are some lingering components on my system DON’T get SYNCMATE. Unfortunately, I am still trying to find a solution (free, of course). It is so hard to get any of this to work.

Almost free of Windows, thank god!

Eh. I’ve tried both the free version of this and Missing Sync, and it’s a close comparison, with a few key differences. Most of the stuff I really want to sync (notes, to-do, bookmarks) requires the $39 upgrade. And guess how much the competing Missing Sync costs? $39. Also Missing Sync lets you sync over bluetooth, which is great. They are both a little non-OSXish in their installation, but they work fine here.
