Thanks for a nice summary, James. More and more, I’m thinking that smartphones are THE future. Last night we were watching Wimbleton (I could have been watching on my Treo 700p via Slingbox)and my wife kept asking questions about it. How old is Federer, what’s the story on Leyton Hewitt’s badboy image, what are the current world rankings of the men and the women. I answered them all in short order via the Treo and Google while we watched them play.

Oh yes…one future item…I’m reading Rainbow’s End by Vernor Vinge…how about bluetooth contact lenses?! Puts you in immediate visual contact with a highly interactive and responsive web. That’ll be next year.

Nikoo, all of the devices have WiFi with the exception of the BlackBerry. I have to admit I hardly use the WiFi at all on my phones but it rocks on the N800.

The only device with wifi is the Nokia N800 right? I’m still looking forward to having a phone that combines wifi and phone functions…
