		<description><![CDATA[Tim: Registering as a beta user at www.clicktoscan.com is free, so you can easily give it a try. You&#039;ll notice that Clicktoscan allows you to go back to documents you&#039;ve previously scanned, either from your PC or from your phone. In that sense it is a real document management system beyond scanning. Since you get free online storage for your documents, you always have them available. Clicktoscan has also been tested through carrier networks worldwide, so you don&#039;t have to worry about it working or not depending on where you are.
