Yes, the we based app has more. But overall there are differences.

This makes it the most expensive iPhone task manager out there. I switched from RTM to Toodledo several months ago and I have never looked back. Toodledo.com has more functionality than RTM and the Toodledo iPhone app is much cheaper.
