Quicksilver- the ultimate utility
I have to admit I have only scratched the surface of what you can do with Quicksilver, the Mac utility that makes it easy to touch anything on your Mac with just a few keystrokes. I have been devouring everything I find on the web about the program so I can begin leveraging that power for myself. I ran across this video with wizard Merlin Mann of 43folders where he demonstrates the use of proxies to access any menu item in any program with just a few keystrokes. This is powerful stuff so if you’re using Quicksilver check it out.

the amazing thing about Quicksilver is how you forget it’s even there.
doing a control-space is now second nature and it’s really nice as a menu bypass method.
I also have Drag-Thing installed and like the way I can group stuff together.
I’m on a MacBook and find Virtue Desktop really handy for spreading out the work (http://virtuedesktops.info/),
On UMPC use Launchy for Quicksilver, Folder View for Quick access to different folders and Virtual Desktop for Win 32 instead of Virtue Desktop.
Nice too !
