The screencasts are dropped routinely midstream and the video quality of the recorded screencast in poor. I hope they upgrade this product soon as the concept is super. I too have about a half-minute delay for broadcasting live. I did get as response from livestream on how to improve my lag time and recordings, but still having enough problems to keep me from using Procaster at all.
