Ed, I believe it backs everything up. I don't use OBP for my document backups, just my online stuff.

if you use this program to backup other files as well, what is the process it uses?

I know that the microsoft synctoy will backup things that you have changed/modified/deleted, making the backup go much quicker and ensuring that you don't have duplicate files and things like that.

i've used backup programs that, when i went to recover from the data, it had EVERYTHING, even stuff i'd deleted off my computer and wasn't expecting (nor did i want it there) when i went back to recover my data.

does this work more like the synctoy in that when you do a backup it only replaces/changes things that have been changed/modified or deleted, does it just re-backup everything, or does it delete your old backup and replace it with a new one every time?
