There are a few missing items (such as middle clicking on a folder of bookmarks to open them all), but Opera out of the box is much more complete than Firefox without all the extensions.

The reason they got so many downloads Id wager is because of the “one day only” thing they did, combined with heavy marketing. I bet half the people just downloaded it and saved it, never even bothering to install it.

Still, free is good, and more power to them if they think this will work. :D
