Heh, no, I didn’t leak anything. I do like that you think that I’m that much in the know, though! But OneNote doesn’t require a touchscreen.

I think this is missing a point a little. We use OneNote heavily in team environments and having access to it on Mac would mean easy sharing of information (without having to save it to PDF or something equally annoying) and, even more importantly, allow use of the OneNote collaboartion features. On that note, most reviews of OneNote I have come across online focus on a single-user experience completely ignoring the strength of OneNote when it comes to collaboration. Asides from that, the built-in synchronization feature is beautiful and integration with Sharepoint (for companies that use it) is a major plus as well.

Will post this over at Nadyne’s…but one reason I’d like to see a Mac version of OneNote besides the fact that it’s a great app, is that I use OneNote every day at work on my TabletPC and would to have the option to use it on my MacBook (and maybe one day on a Mac TPC…).

Mike, OneNote works very well with tablets (touchscreen or active), but does not require tablet support, you can use it on any computer.

Doesn’t OneNote require a touchscreen? I thought it was all about the ink. Hmmm… has MS just leaked that a touchy-Mac is on the way?

I myself use Yojimbo and Circus Ponies Notebook for all my text, URL, graphics, audio, and video that I want to save, and search and export.

I guess I am always willing to learn, so I ask, what is it that would make OneNote such a benefit for Mac users over these apps?
