It could be that they might want to wait and see if the rumored Apple subnotebook is for real and whether it has tablet capabilities or not. Although it is not the same type of device, it's still close enough to fear it.

This has been really frustrating. I ordered mine back in February as soon as ordering online became available. I have seen the expected delivery date go from April to May to July and now to September. I am almost at the point of canceling my order, but there is really no where else to go if you want to have a Mac based tablet. I have also thought about trying to install Mac OSX on my old TC1100 to make a killer MacTablet, but have not been able to get it to work right. And there was that other guy who made his own Tablet Mac some time ago...

Kevin- good luck on getting in touch with the PR folks. These things look like they're turning into vaporware. I met the ModBook inventor at MacWorld, who said they'd be shipping by Spring of this year. That came and went. I ran into a WACOM rep who was using one at WWDC last month and there still seem to be some quirks.
I also put a call into the PR group last month, but haven't heard back...
