Motorola Q Smartphone in EVDO first
Arne Hess of theunwired reports from Mobius that Motorola has confirmed the thin Motorola Q Windows Mobile 5.0 Smartphone will be released in an EVDO version first with a GSM version to come later. The Motorola Q is probably the thinnest and lightest smartphone and a lot of people are waiting for the release of this baby. Since it will appear in an EVDO version perhaps Verizon will be carrying the Q. Don’t think the Q is the thinnest smartphone? Take a look at this photo courtesy of theunwired:

That’s an impressive looking phone – way thinner than my Treo. The screen does look a bit small though. Can’t wait to get my hands on it and see it’s like IRL.
