I’m testing a HSPA+ Network in Germany at the moment. The Operator provided the testers with a Huawei USB dongle that supports full speed (28MBit/s, 5.7 Mbit/s).
In real live I’m seeing data rates up to 12 MBit/s Downstream and almost 4 Mbit/s Upstream. The funny thing is, that is not T-Mobile and they are far from rolling it out here in Germany ;)
