Re “2007 is going to be an exciting year for UMPCs”
. I am saving up for a new UMPC to replace my u750p and havent decided yet between a Q1 Ultra
or 0QO02. Is it worth buying in Quarter 2 do you think or are we talking its probably worth holding out till Q4 for some new developments?
Re the Q1 Ultra keyboard- Ive read the same reviews too about spacing but I have also read reviews from folks who say they can do 30 words per minute on it – including cnet.co.uk
Scoobie, there’s always new stuff on the horizon so nobody should buy anything, yet. Just kidding, I think you would be happy with either the OQO or the Ultra 1. Keyboards, even thumb boards, are very subjective and everyone is different.

Yep I can’t decide either! Best Buy has the Q1P with Vista for $1,199.99, do I order or wait for their review of the Asus R2H which has the GPS and cost less (but may be under powered). Ooohhhh my head hurts. The OQO would be nice but I like the touch screen.
