That is Deep Notes, a simple little outliner that I use daily to capture thoughts as the day progresses. I did a video of it here:

As I use G1 phone and Ubuntu 9.04 AMD64 only the web browser can be used…NOT ALL DEVICES I USE, very limited….

I heart Evernote. Question -what’s the task app in the s’cast? It looks like a cousin of what I use, Taskpaper.

Very nice Evernote demo! Evernote is, by far, my favorite cross-platform software… as you mentioned, very powerful yet easy to use.
