I have to say, I am quite surprised that you are thinking about getting rid of the Exchange account.

Like you I have tested many synchronisation services and applications for calender, email and contacts albeit not with a Mac but every time I find myself coming back to Exchange. I have yet to find a solution that is as dependable and streamlined as my Exchange account.

The big one for me is the need for multiple applications and utilities across all my devices, where as with Exchange is a single solution, no need for additional software and no fuss.

What I find works for me is setting mail rules to download and sort my Gmail and additional POP email accounts into my Exchange inbox. You could use your Mac at home to do the sorting, then when on the move your additional devices can simple use the Exchange mail account.

Just my two cents...

What I would love to hear, is how you are currently working with your multiple email accounts across your many evaluation devices?

Thanks

Kevin,

Just done exactly the same thing. Trying to sync Iphone, outlook on two pc's, google calendar and mobile me. Found a program called SyncMyCal which has worked a treat. I can sync as many google calendars as I want at any time interval I want all across the board. It's a bit complicated to set up but so far it's working a treat.
