Minimizing / maximizing windows are just slow enough to notice. The aero effects are nice as are windows explorer & the start menu. It just eats to much RAM and slows it down. I noticed 20MB of RAM being used. I believe it came bundled with the other three apps you have listed above but I never did get the thumbnail previews to show up.
