EVDOinfo.com staffers have already determined that current intel macs already support EVDO through the same slot used for airport cards.

One thing I find amusing in choosing the XPS M1210 over a MacBook (that was a very close decision for me, coming down to price) is that they have so much in common. I’ve had an EVDO modem in here since day one, but, you guessed it, there ain’t no EVDO coverage here. :(
