Logitech Alto Cordless Notebook stand
Logitech has released the latest entry in their Alto line, an innovative notebook stand that comes with a wireless keyboard. The Logitech Alto Cordless Notebook Stand is a useful accessory that extends the usefulness of any notebook used at a desk. The stand holds a notebook at a comfortable viewing angle (not adjustable unfortunately) and works in tandem with a full wireless keyboard. The stand has several USB ports that turn it into an unpowered USB hub for connecting peripherals. There is an optional A/C adapter that provides power to the USB hub for those peripherals that require power. Notebooks.com has reviewed the Alto stand and have generally good things to say about it so if you’re looking for a docking solution this might work for you. Don’t miss their video of the Logitech to get a feel for using the stand. Note that it folds up for storage or transport so it might work as a traveling dock. The Logitech Alto Cordless Notebook Stand will be available in September for $99.

Nice, but I’m already impressed by the new microsoft wireless multimedia desktop set, so am very happy to have found a very stylish laptop stand also from logitech but only $30.
