Daewoo Lucoms(www.lucoms.co.kr) launched its low-cost education-use mobile computer ‘LUKID’ for children in Korea market.

Based on Intel’s Classmate PC, the LUKID is powered by Intel 900MHz Celeron processor and Windows XP OS. Adopting a 9-inch LCD display, 512MB of RAM and 30GB HDD, the LUKID supports wireless LAN, SD card slot and USB port.
Suggested price is 549,000(KRW). About $500.00

The bad news is the GigaByte M912V won’t be available for the US or Canada market. Maybe the only way to get this will be like Dynamism.
