Looks real pretty, until I followed the link to their website.

They sell the Fujitsu P1510D for USD$1,000 less for the same specs (less TV out, less SIM card)

But if you're looking for those two additional features, in the compact size, I guess this could be the machine for you.

I do like the fact that they advertise a 100GB HDD/1GB RAM version. At least their forward thinking in that regard, and it can't be that difficult for manufacturers to offer as an option for the techno geeks with too much money.

Love the 2 x firewire ports, wish more desktops had them standard. I use mine for the external HDD which can fortunately chain-connect the miniDV camcorder.

Review Questions ?

* Looks like the 2 battery pack is an optional add-on, not a standard package deal.
* Can't really make-out the trackpoint device from the photo, so wondering how readily accessible is it when using the computer
* What is the keyboard travel like ? I haven't been on such a small keyboard and was wondering for a big fingered guy how practical would it be ?

Congrats on getting review stuff.

Nice. Can't wait to see vista on it. Tablet functionality was the only thing missing.

at 1 time the FB was impressive, but it takes them WAY to long between updates (tok them forever to even go Intel). the Fujitsu P1060 beats it in several area's & will be cheaper.
