My first reaction based on the pics: that keyboard looks pretty usable in terms of size. Sweet!
Very nice ! :)
Can’t wait to see it in action…
No cellular data on this one?
Steve.
I just got mine last night too, and I was up late playing =). No cellular service, but yes the keyboard is pretty usable, it is a bit smaller than my Sony Vaio TX series.
I’ve got my unboxing photos online, and in the next hour or so I’m adding some size comparison photos, so people can see how it stacks up with various other hardware.

This is the first I have seen about the speech enhancement, so please spend some time with that!
Steve
Personally, I don’t want EDGE, I love my EV-DO. The keyboard is good for short items, I’ll carry the BT keyboard for writing longer pieces. The stylus is highly usable!
Inking on this Tablet is a pure joy, NO vectoring. I’m having to train myself to realize it’s OK to touch the screen while inking, really. :)
Microsoft and Symbian thank you for supporting Palm-rejection technology. ;)
Best. Comment. Ever. (see above)
Interestingly enough the Palm-rejection technology was originally created by Palm.
And then I saw the price: $2,419.00!!!
Oh sh*t!
Is it only me or did anybody else also find the 1280 x 768 is really tiny on this Fujitsu P1610? It reminds me Sony U101 (which is running 1024 x 768) in 7 inches screen and of course UX (1024 x 768) in 4 inches. The differences are both U101 and UX are used while holding them on your hands (so you can adjust the distance between the unit and your eyes to your comfort level). On the other hand, Fujitsu P1610 is used as a regular laptop (put on a table and used it as a normal laptop). That makes it difficult to read the text on the screen comfortably. Other than that, everything are great!!!
To be honest, I found the text too small. I was uprgrading from the 1510 and was looking forward to the full resolution screen. The screen is sharper and brighter than the 1510 but the text at many websites (I know you can magnify with firefox) is just to small for me and I will be returning. I also happen not to like the top of the case as much as I did the 1510 although this is just cosmetic
