Lucas, thanks for what I *think* was meant as constructive criticism. My goal in taking to anyone at any company isn't to pose questions that get evaded so I can point that out. My goal is to build relationships so that I can receive, disseminate and share useful information with readers going forward. You feel that this opportunity was wasted. I feel that this opportunity was a good investment: both for me and the readers. Let's agree to disagree on this one.

Kevin, you choose the title "interview" for your chat with Todd. At no point in your story you mention that he evaded to answer any questions a real journalist would pose. What a lame interview that was. We as readers do not learn a single issue that is discussed in Gmail forums. Like Exchange functionality for Gmail itself, not just contacts and calendars. While you enjoyed yourselves (happy for you), the opportunity was wasted.

I still use Outlook for work but I have used Gmail, including calendar etc... and I can say it's pretty good. The only reason I don't use it, is because the email that I have redirect to Gmail takes a while to get to my BB. Sometimes takes anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes and there is times I need email right away if office sends me something that I need at that moment. I also used the Google Sync for my BB which worked great. What I need to do is keep my BB synced with my Outlook Wireless, including my 3 computers I use. I found a program that syncs Outlook including tas, memos, calendar, and email. So no matter what I use on one Outlook it changes on the other computers Outlook. If I add a Contact, change a appoinment etc... they all stay insync. The nice thing is that the computer that had the change made doesn't have to be on. Once the other computer is on and online the changes appear. It evens brings in email that you downloaded from other computer.
