Another look at the Palm OS on a Nokia N800
If you missed the big news out of Access earlier this week, you’ve got a do-over right now. The news is the release of a Palm OS Emulator beta for Nokia Internet Tablets. If you just can’t picture how that would look on a Nokia N800 or missed ThoughtFix’s video, have no fear, Palm Infocenter is here. Ryan has a six minute video demonstration and even though this is just a beta, it looks pretty good to me. I have yet to own a Palm device, but I just might get a taste of Palm OS apps on an N800 after watching this. Even more interesting to me is the continued trend towards virtualization. I’ve been watching it on PCs and Macs; now it’s making the move to handhelds.

Wow.
You just lost some points with me. You’ve NEVER had a Palm? What kind of mobile tech journalist are you?

The force is not strong with Hawkings anymore.
By the way, why does evryone say there are no PIM apps on the N800? The GPE suite works great on mine.
