So, I’m not sure if the really are available for order yet, or if it’s just a website bug.
I want to know why you can’t order the $599 model with SUSE Linux instead of Vista Business for a few bucks less. For $549 I’d be all over it. OK, I might be anyway, but now I have to think about it.
Hey Brad. You may want to look at that configuration page a little closer. They do have a Suse Linux version, with a gig of RAM and a 120GB hard drive for 549.00.
They’ve got you covered.
tab title is 2133. no xp option?
I think you have to order an XP system via a phone rep; the HP video mentioned that you could to “ask” for XP even though it’s not listed as an order option.
What’s with that $849 version? Slower processor, less RAM, slower but lightly bigger hard drive, ista home instead of Vista Business…
Surely some error!

Pam, which one did you order? Are you guys going to blame me if you don’t like it?
I got the big one, ’cause I want it all!
Don’t worry, I read everyone’s review today, weighed all the pros and cons, and figure my extra copy of XP might get used. But for my needs, I think it’ll be just right. It’s just for traveling and making other people jealous.
And if not, there’s always Ebay!
