However, one option you have is to forward all POP3 mail to your Exchange server. That’s how I get all of my Gmail pushed to me on my mobile devices running Outlook.

Pop3 accounts and Exchange accounts are completely different. After time, these types of accounts tend to corupt the Outlook profiles. We suggest keeping the diferent accounts seperate; Pop3 vs. Exchange”.
