The phone never falls off (in either horizontal or vertical position) and I don’t have to plug any cords. Best of all, my music, audio books, navigation and calls all pay through my car speakers via BT. The Touchstone not only functions as advertised, it has a “cool” factor that far exceeds any current accessory offerings by BB, iPhone or Android.
