I am not an expert in these sort of things but would a Yahoo Pipe help here?

This link is to an aggregated news alert pipe but it should be possible to modify to try and help out Tablet Kiosk.

I just blogged some suggestions on how to create and follow search feeds on eBay and Craigslist, to keep an eye out of suspicious sellers.

I also posted the story to Digg, since it wasn't there yet. Hope my site can stand up to the load!
