        &lt;p&gt;Licensing spectrum from others is the approach Virgin Mobile used in the UK and they are &quot;not too shabby&quot;. The phones here in Korea tend to be small,not smart phones and have been adapted to use DMB and in some cases GPS.&lt;br /&gt;
