Textbooks are pretty big so the bigger one would probably be safer. It’s not that much bigger according to the dimensions on their web site.

Do you think it would be possible to fit a standard college text book into that bag with a samsung q1 uktra? I am leaning toward the smaller of the two if possible but I’m thinking a textbook might be too much?

Thanks for going into more detail, it looks like just what I have been looking for, a classy leather laptop carrier. And i guess you have to pay for that quality as it certainly isn’t cheap.
