I have had my Geekpod 100 for about a month now. Works well as advertised. I have a video iPod and the battery only lasts for about 3 hours when watching movies and such. I went on a ski trip for a couple of days, and never ran out of power. This unit will also charge your iPod. I can charge the iPod 3 times and still have some juice left in the battery. I bought mine for $69. The unit does not get hot when charging like I have heard about others. Glad I bought it. More glad I did not pay $150 when it first came out. JR

One feature I never noticed anywhere else mentioned except for at http://www.batterygeek.net which I think is kind of interesting about this device is how it can also be used to charge and power most cell phones and PDAs.

I just found out that those geeks at batterygeek.net just lowered the price on this gizmo to $79. Also, I found out that this battery pack IS compatible with the nano. Also, I noticed that they are offering it in the three colors white, black and silver. Cheers

Definition #2: MAH is the abbreviated name of a Turkish secret service which has been abolished. It stands for Milli Emniyet Hizmeti (National Security Service). It is abbreviated as MAH instead of MEH because at the time of its establishment, the official alphabet of Turkey was based on Arabic alphabet.

Definition #3: mAh is a measure of a battery’s total capacity. The higher the number (ex. 600 mAh, 1,500 mAh) the more charge a battery can hold and usually, the longer a battery will last under a certain load. Typical rechargeable receiver battery packs are in the 500-600 mAh range. Typical R/C car motor batteries are in the 1,200 – 1,500 mAh range.

In this case I think it would be definition #3 :)
