Markus, that is correct. It only sends pictures *you just took with Flickup*. Older pictures that are uploaded from the Photo Album only get sent at 640×480. I suspect this is a systemwide/API limitation.

There’s also another app I heard about this morning called Klick that does the same thing as Flickup. It’s free. I’ve downloaded it, but haven’t had a chance to try it out yet, but it could be another new option. It’s not a nice visual map interface, which is cool.

Hmm… Is it true that it sends the full pictures even if you upload them later? There is something in the iTunes app description saying that only photos shot with the app aren’t limited. I think I’ll test it anyway.
