First Hi-Def video playback on a mobile phone demoed at 3GSM
Texas Instruments, maker of the OMAP3430 video chipset, showed the first hi-definition (720p) video playback on a mobile phone at the 3GSM show in Barcelona. The chipset will handle up to XGA video but you have to admit it’s pretty cool to be able to play Hi-def video on a phone. Now there’s another device that hi-def guru Kevin will be jonesing for.
