I love PockeTwit for Windows Mobile on my Samsung Omnia.

For PC, TweetDeck is where it’s at of course, especially with the new built-in capability to sync groups across multiple PCs. When is Twitter going to give us built-in groups? Sigh.

the internet already has that too. it’s called a “blog”. you can even update it via a mobile device. and a blog can be have a message longer than 140 characters, just like this one we’re reading right now.

My main phone is actually an iPhone (still don’t have that Pre to test with), so I tend to stick with Tweetie. On the desktop I use Spaz, of course 8)

I use Twitter for both home and work (restaurant), and primarily I use Gravity, Twitter software for Symbian smartphones, and I’m happy with the product.

I ran PockeTwit when I used the Fuze and Advantage. Now I use Twitterific on iPhone. I tried TweetDeck on iPhone for a minute, but find Twitterific better for me. Haven’t really done anything with my tablet recently (except for schoolwork)…..

I use Twitter all the time and follow many mobile web sites that post on Twitter and keep myself up to date that way. My tweets are fed directly to Facebook because the people I follow on both Twit and FB are different and they both get updates that way.

I also use Twitter Local on Air to see what’s going on around my area and have added some new people to follow that are more local.

Actually Ben I disagree with you. If you follow someone who you might find interesting, that person would lead you to information (websites, articles, etc) that you might have never knew it existed. Its like word of mouth, some may say.

See, and I just don’t get Facebook at all. I have a page, but never go there.

To be honest, I follow a few friends who I know don’t tweet what they ate for breakfast, but the majority of my tweeps are tech news sites. I think that’s what Twitter will eventually become – less microblogging of daily activities and more of an information source.

I use Twitterific for iphone and Tweetdeck for the pc. I think people who don’t twitter have a complete misconception of twitter. It’s not about “I walked my dog.” It’s a worldwide resource for articles, news, meeting interesting people and knowledge. Once you tweet, it’s hard to queet.

I have no use for Twitter either… everyone I care to follow are on Facebook, and I can post my status there just fine.
