Having purchased the Pocket Surfer 2, i was pleased with its performance in the U.K. I bought in time to go away on holiday, and its performance was just as good. I was very happy with the speed of the internet. But, the best part is, the internet is FREE!

The Pocketsurfer cost includes 20 hours of browsing per month but only for the first year. There will be a fee after the first year, so the cost will increase every year. The Nokia N800 has a fixed cost and unlimited WiFi surfing (or can be tethered to a phone for additional data).

If the N800 costs 279 pounds and the pocketsurfer costs 180 pounds, and includes free surfing then i can't see how your math adds up...
