Dash winner missing- new winner announced!

This past week I’ve had something nagging me in the back of my mind and I realized what it was.  A couple of weeks ago we announced the winner of my used T-Mobile Dash and guess what?  The winner has not contacted me via email as instructed and since it’s been so long it’s only fair to pick another winner from all the entrants.
