I downloaded this software and after updating my .net framework to verion 2.0 was able to install the software. However, it does not work. When I click on the Zune It button, I get a message that says "ZuneIEPlugin: Failure to download. Check EventVwr Object reference not set to an instance of an object." My only option is to click Ok. It closes and does nothing. What am I doing wrong?
