I preferred the older Asus keyboard because they keys were sculpted. Also, the keyboard on the 1000HE has lots of give, that is, if you press hard, it seriously bows down. Doesn’t inspire confidence.

WiFi on the 1000HE is great. In my experience, it has proved better than other laptops in two different locations.

Its fast, and the battery life really is about 7-8 hours.
Also, its about the best keyboard on any netbook i’ve ever tried :)

There are also 12 additional models (from Acer, Asus, Dell, HP, Lenovo, MSI and Sony) that are listed as “In testing” so weren’t available for this issue’s rating.

So… although it is great they looked at the Netbook category, the look is not completed as of yet.
