Its not a softbank modem. Its a Minerva CF modem. Maybe it comes from the same source tho.

At the Dutch Vye site they're mentioning a CF HSDPA/UMTS/EDGE/GPRS adapter. I've also seen some pictures of it. http://www.vyenote.nl/home.htm?key=171
