BlackBerry Curve 8900- best one yet?
Phones are so personal in nature that it seems if you like one, you really like it. The same holds true if you don’t like a given phone: odds are you absolutely hate it. Om Malik has been looking for that right phone since giving up his iPhone a while back, and given his review of the BlackBerry Curve 8900 it sounds like he’s in love.
Maybe love is too strong a term for how Om feels about the Curve but he did say this:
If you are like me — an iPhone fan who’s frustrated with AT&T — and are looking for a good, cheap alternative, the T-Mobile BlackBerry Curve 8900 is one of the best options available. I have no hesitation recommending what is arguably the best BlackBerry on the market today.
It definitely sounds like Om fell in “deep like” with his BlackBerry Curve from RIM. Check out his review to get the whole story.

Still love my Curve 8330 and won’t upgrade until my provider gets a Bold device. And not the one in the pic that is floating around. That’s just an 8900 with a Bold keyboard. No thanks, prefer a bigger screen.
The E71-2 would be my suggestion. It has the same form factor as the 8900, but has 3G with AT&T. Nokia’s rf is much better than the iPhone’s. The new(ish) Nokia Email product is great for push email. Other options include Seven and ProfiMail.
Om’s phone has not yet been built or at least all the pieces have not been integrated into 1 handset. The carrier/device maker that first puts all the killer elements (good phone, great screen, good battery life, great browser, good styling, GPS, at least a 5 MPX camera, Wi-Fi, 3G, etc.) into a premium handset will be immediately and overwhelmingly successful. Handset cost and carrier issues will be of little deterrent if all the existing technology parts are competently integrated into 1 device. If they build it we will fall all over ourselves lining up to get it.
Guys,
I was looking around and I’ve purchased BBRY bold 9000. Am I mistaking that this is the best BBRY at present??!?
(It still did not arrive, I’ll tell you how is it once in)

what about curve 8520 ? is it good ?
I absolutely love my Blackberry Curve 8900, it’s yet to fail me.
It has everything I could possibly need or want and more, I’ve heard rumors or stories of the BB being annoying, however I’ve not yet experienced that with mine (having almost had it 6 months), If anything people will find me annoying because I’m so glued to playing with it.
Wow, I sound almost too positive… let me think of something that annoys me with my amazing BB curve 8900.
Ok, the rebooting system is kinda slow, after I have downloaded an app so I suggest you select, reboot later and download everything you need together and reboot it once to active everything (if that makes sense) that way you save yourself some time and some battery.
Others may have problems with their bb but mine is superb.
The network I am currently on is o2 and it is great.
Contract of 600 minutes, unlimited text and unlimited internet
including of course, unlimited data!
Hope this helped ya’ll who were shopping in the
Blackberry World.

is the curve 8900 bulky, will it fit in a standard pocket?
