If it doesn’t qualify it won’t ship which means that the device upgrade list does not indicate those that get an upgrade. To be fair my package from Fujitsu doesn’t say anything about a Vista upgrade.

For any other P1610 owners, it qualified for a Vista Business upgrade, totally free of charge including shipping.
