Outlook is out for me.

Sidebar and calendar. I don´t like PM AM
and week start whitd Sunday.

24 h and week start Monday...... for me ..

wileyj: consider looking at OggSync. It's $30 a year, but bypasses Outlook and synchs Google Calendar with WinMo directly.

This is a nice touch. Seems better than Lightning.
Now, if I could get it to sync with my iPAQ instead of having to use Outlook for a calendar
