I use Pen Flicks for scrolling up and down in Google reader and that works well for me

Hey thanks for reminding about MiniScroller!
Asus forgot to add page down to Eee PCs frame too, so this little app comes handy.

Jep, they forgot to add touch too but that's another story ;)
