Here's another way: Napster + XM. You'll need your XM login and you don't need to pay for the full Napster service. Basically, it just wraps the Napster player around the XM web interface, but it's handy if you keep your MP3 files in Napster or if you have the service to have all of your music available in one player.

It's ironic that you posted this today. I've been searching this morning for alternative ways to stream Sirius to my Mac since I got off the XM Radio team. I decided to post about it after reading your post...
