Looks like Apple has already begun running ads on the TV for their iPad.
The iPad may not be out yet but come April I think everyone expects them to be the market leader in tablet sales by a wide margin so they should be the benchmark by which all future tablets are measured.
I would say virtually all smartphones being released these days are already “iPhone-like” as well.
There is no doubt in my mind that Apple is the undisputed leader of mobile computing, nobody is even close.
IMO the iPad will redefine gaming and rapidly become the biggest gaming platform in the world. So perhaps all future handheld game consoles will have to be iPad-like or die.
