&lt;p&gt;Its lower price than the TZ but has 3gb of ram (vs 2gb max in TZ), newer 965 chipset (945 in TZ), 2 year warranty and comes with a carrying case and two batteries.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I haven&#039;t seen a comparison of the U2E and TZ. There should be since they are just about the only 11.1&quot; notebooks on the market (well the U110 is coming soon)&lt;/p&gt;
